Your beauty service is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our policies.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, credit card information is required at the time of booking. Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations will incur a fee, no matter the situation.
For all cosmetic injections and IV therapy services, a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a 25% no-show fee will be applied.
The 5-minute grace period is strictly enforced to ensure that all clients receive the full time and attention needed for their services. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact the quality of service for the next scheduled appointment.
If your payment is declined, you will receive an invoice that must be paid before booking any future appointments. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
Lash Fill Policy
We now accept foreign fills for a fee of $20. If you currently have lashes that were not applied by our technicians, this additional fee will be added to your service.
During your appointment, our technicians will assess the condition of your current lashes. If they determine that the existing extensions are unworkable, we will recommend a removal and a Full Set application for optimal results.
Additionally, if it has been more than 3 weeks since your last lash fill, it will be classified as a Full Set.
Lash Fix Policy
We take pride in our work and strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your lash extensions, you must notify us within 5 days of your appointment so we can assess and address the concern.
Membership Policy
All memberships require a 6-month commitment upon enrollment.
If you cancel your membership before the 6-month period is complete, a cancellation fee will apply, based on the remaining balance or a specified amount.
Memberships are billed monthly and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
After the 6-month commitment, memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Benefits, such as discounts and exclusive offers, do not carry over to the next month unless specified.
If you wish to pause your membership, you may request a break for up to 3 month per year, subject to approval.
For our eyelash membership, please note that if an appointment is missed or rescheduled outside of the designated 2-week window, the service covered by the membership for that appointment will be forfeited. In this case, you will be required to pay for the service out of pocket at the regular rate if you wish to receive it.
