Booking/Cancellation Policy:
Credit card information is required at time of booking. No shows and late cancellations will be
charged to your card
on
file.
For ALL cosmetic injections and IV therapy appointment(s), we ask for $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit,
which will be
deducted
from the total of service(s) provided.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in
advance. If you are
more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged a no-show
fee of 25% of the
services booked. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice will be subjected to a
cancellation fee
of 25% of the services booked.
If your card is DECLINED, you will be sent an invoice and you MUST
pay it before
said date or it will be sent to
collections.
